Welcome to Huayhua Restoration! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.

By booking or engaging in any service provided by Huayhua Restoration, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

Huayhua Restoration offers various handyman services, including but not limited to home repairs, installations, renovations, and restoration projects. The specific services to be performed will be outlined in the service agreement or proposal provided to you before work begins.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided by Huayhua Restoration are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on the scope of work, material costs, or unforeseen issues. Any changes to the scope of work or additional tasks requested will be discussed and agreed upon before work continues.

3. Booking & Payments

• Deposits: A deposit may be required for certain projects to cover the cost of materials and to secure the booking. The deposit amount will be specified in the service agreement.
• Payments: Payments are due upon completion of the agreed-upon work unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
• Late Payments: Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Client-Initiated: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by giving us at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
• Huayhua Restoration-Initiated: We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or other emergencies. We will notify you promptly and reschedule the work at a mutually agreed time.

5. Work Guarantees

Huayhua Restoration guarantees the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the completed work, please notify us within 30 days of the service date, and we will address the issue at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover issues arising from customer misuse, wear and tear, or modifications made after the work is completed.

6. Materials & Warranties

• Any materials provided by Huayhua Restoration for a job will be covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. Huayhua Restoration is not liable for defects in materials or products supplied by third parties.
• You are welcome to supply your own materials; however, we cannot guarantee the quality or suitability of those materials for the project.

7. Liability

• Huayhua Restoration is fully insured for any damage or injury that may occur during the course of work. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or underlying problems that are not visible at the time of service.
• We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from our services, such as delays or inconvenience caused by unforeseen circumstances.

8. Health & Safety

We are committed to providing a safe work environment. Our team adheres to all applicable health and safety regulations while performing services. We ask that you ensure the work area is free of hazards, pets, and obstructions during the project.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided to us, including names, addresses, or contact details, will only be used for the purposes of providing our services. We do not share, sell, or distribute your information to third parties.

10. Termination of Services

Huayhua Restoration reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if any of the following conditions apply:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Hostile, unsafe, or inappropriate work conditions.
• Unwillingness to pay for completed services.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with state laws.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Huayhua Restoration reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or posted on our website.
